Philosophy

Many of our clients choose us because they were guests at events at Ritz Charles and were impressed by the facilities, atmosphere and attention to detail. Many clients are repeat customers. We know that one good event leads to another. Our clients know that they can trust Ritz Charles to exceed their expectations.

We don’t offer “standard” packages. After all, do you know anyone who wants a “standard” event? We work closely with clients to customize everything from menus to the set-up to extras. While clients get the benefit of our vast experience, they appreciate our “start from scratch” approach. They tell us what they want and we make it happen --- beautifully and worry-free.

Most importantly, we always remember that while we host events and celebrations every day, our clients don’t. Clients trust us for some of the most momentous occasions in their professional and personal lives. We work to earn that trust.
