Chances are, you've had your fill of "track" food. That's because many facilities rely on "heat and serve" foods. Almost everything we serve is made from scratch in our own state-of-the-art kitchens. | ||

We cut our own fresh beef. Instead of buying salmon fillets, we have whole fresh salmon shipped in and fillet it in our kitchens. Whenever possible, fresh vegetables are delivered by our selected providers the day of the event. Of course, if you want something ready made to fit your theme, we'll arrange it. But we usually start from scratch. That way, we can be absolutely sure of the quality of everything we serve --- and so can you.
