Breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner…casual or elegant…finger foods, food stations, buffet or formal five-course dinner, we take care of everything from preparation to presentation. Our typical offerings include more than 40 hot hors d'oeuvres, more than 30 cold hors d'oeuvres, and infinite main courses and desserts.
You want the food your guests eat to be memorable, so we pride ourselves on making fresh, great-tasting food. We cut our own fresh beef. Instead of buying salmon fillets, we have whole fresh salmon shipped in and fillet it in our kitchens. Whenever possible, fresh vegetables are delivered by our selected providers the day of the event. Our on site pastry chef, Kristin, creates fresh handmade desserts. Of course, if you want something ready made to fit your theme, we'll arrange it. But we usually start from scratch. That way, we can be absolutely sure of the quality of everything we serve --- and so can you.
