• Choose a ceremony site/ a reception site
• Set the date
• Send out a Save-the-Date Card or Engagement Announcement
• Select items for your Bridal Registry
• Interview/contract wedding professionals - A great way to start this process is to take in local "Wedding Shows". There you will a variety of photographers, disc jockeys, bridal gown boutiques, invitation and honeymoon/travel specialists, etc.

From there you will get a more information regarding ideas, timelines etc. Choosing wedding professionals will insure that you have all bases covered!
