Breakfast, brunch, break, lunch or dinner…casual or elegant…buffet
or seated and served by our experienced wait staff…finger foods or formal five-course
dinner, we take care of everything from preparation to presentation. Menus range from
simple soup, quiche and cookies to the ultimate dinner including shrimp cocktail, our
signature beef tenderloin, and cherries jubilee. Our event planners help you create
menus that are appropriate for your function, whether it’s an all-day sales meeting
or an evening gala. Want a German menu for an Octoberfest party or an Irish buffet for
St. Patrick’s Day? We’ll get into the spirit.
- Our fully-equipped, ultramodern kitchen is streamlined to facilitate efficient service for up to 1,200 guests at a seated dinner.
- Our head chef, John Pimple, has been with Ritz Charles since we opened. Our executive pastry chef, Leanne Miller, can duplicate a wedding cake from a photograph or cook up the most delectable dessert table you can imagine.
- We know that presentation adds to the culinary experience; we make sure everything looks as good as it tastes.
- The food is served by experienced wait staff in uniforms.
- Special meals can be prepared for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions.
- We can craft ice sculptures or other food centerpieces as desired.
No Short Cuts
Chances are, you’ve had your fill of “institutional” food.
That’s because many facilities rely on pre-packaged mixes or “heat and serve”
foods. Almost everything we serve is made from scratch in our own state-of-the-art
kitchens. We cut our own fresh beef. Instead of buying salmon fillets, we have
whole fresh salmon shipped in and fillet it in our kitchens. Whenever possible,
fresh vegetables are delivered by our selected providers the day of the event.
Our ever-popular brownies and legendary chocolate mousse are made with our own
special recipes. Of course, if you want something ready made to fit your theme
such as Twinkies in a lunch box for a sales training session, animal crackers
for a veterinary conference, or Goo Goos for a NASCAR party, we’ll arrange it.
But we usually start from scratch. That way, we can be absolutely sure of the
quality of everything we serve --- and so can you.
