Planning for your event begins with your individual and tenured event specialist introducing you to a variety of menus developed by our culinary team. We know every occasion requires customization, and our team is ready to create a menu that goes above and beyond your expectations. An extensive fleet of catering trucks allow us to prepare and cook all food onsite for guaranteed freshness. We also know that so much more goes into each event than just food! Our talented, day-of event coordinators will ensure that you are able to be a guest at your own event. Uniformed staff will take care of all food and beverage service to allow you to focus on your guests.
Ritz Charles Caterers has offered full service catering for a wide range of events, including but not limited to, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday home parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate conferences, employee appreciation events, charity galas and award banquets throughout the central Indiana area since 1986.

From lunch meetings in need of simple and delicious buffets, to charity luncheons and brunch weddings featuring plated meals, Ritz Charles has done it all over the last thirty years!
Dinner
Kick off your evening with butler passed hors d’oeuvres from uniformed staff, and then select if you would like elegant plated dinners, live-action food stations or a buffet with a variety of choices. While Ritz Charles offers an extensive, established menu you can choose from, we are also happy to work with you on custom options. Whether that is incorporating your favorite food from a first date at a wedding reception, or signature drinks to match your company’s branding – simply start the conversation with an event specialist.
Dessert
Did you know Ritz Charles has a dedicated pastry chef and corresponding department? No need to coordinate another vendor! From three tier wedding cakes to dessert grazing tables and fresh baked cookies, allow us to suggest the perfect pairing.
