Ritz Charles Ballrooms

Ritz Charles has five beautifully appointed ballrooms that hold between 100 and 500 people each, with the entire venue accommodating over 1,000 people. Over 13,000 square feet of continual space can be customized to accommodate an event of a variety of sizes.

• For your wedding day the Ritz Charles Ballrooms can accommodate both ceremonies and receptions.  Start in a small intimate space for your ceremony, them move to a larger ballroom for dinner and dancing. Our elegant ballrooms are also conveniently located next to the Ritz Charles Chapel.
• For meetings and conferences we offer five rooms and so many possibilities, including:
  • Large conference room and four breakout rooms
  • Vendors in one space, lunch in another and still room for three breakout rooms
  • One continuous space accommodating up to 1,000 guests or 180 vendors
  • Take a break from your meetings and host lunch in our beautiful, year round outdoor Garden Pavilion.
• For galas and fundraisers, a room for every need! A VIP reception room, silent auction, dinner and dancing and checkout spaces can all be easily accommodated in individual ballrooms, or use 13,000 square feet of continuous space. Consider hosting your cocktail hour in our beautiful Garden Pavilion and dinner and dancing in our Ballrooms.  The possibilities are endless.
