Congratulations on your engagement! Although planning your perfect day is exciting, the experience can be quite daunting. Ritz Charles offers full service venues and catering to ease the planning process and help you enjoy the journey. The process begins with a private consultation with one of our experience Event Specialists.

Consultation

Your first consultation will allow you to tell us what some of the more important elements are for your special day.  Don’t know what you want?  No worries, we will work with you to design a day that fits your individual tastes and personalities. Your event specialist will assist you in finding and touring the perfect venue, answer any questions, and prepare a price estimate based on your vision.

Bridal Experience

Ritz Charles invites our contracted couples to an event we have created called “Bridal Experience”.  During this event you will have up to four seats to sample our Chef’s selection of hors d oeuvres, entrees, and cake flavors. Although you may decide to choose other options from our vast array of menu offerings, this event will give you an idea of our food profiles and presentation.  You will have the opportunity to enjoy a full bar selection while viewing sample table designs, meeting event professionals, and celebrating with fellow Ritz Charles couples.  Our couples leave the event with a clear vision of their upcoming big day.

Details Meeting

Prior to the big day, your Event Specialist will schedule a details meeting to finalize any outstanding event specifics. During this time, you will cover your timeline, menu, linen selection, room layout and more. At this meeting, any concerns or questions can be discussed to help put your mind at ease. After all items are checked off the list, you will be able to relax knowing that your team at Ritz Charles will handle the rest.
